excellent service hot tub convenient location

the hotel staff provided excellent customer service. the pool had a hot tub which was very relaxing. i found the hotel location to be convenient to nearby amenities.

the gym's weight machines seemed a little outdated.

christmas decorations friendly staff poor lighting broken socket

the christmas decorations looked quite nice. the staff was friendly , helpful and pleasant. i also appreciated the courtesy taxi and buses , a great service.

the lighting in the room was a struggle , all lights needed to be turned off independently. a plug socket in the lobby area wasn't working nor above mirror lighting.

friendly staff concierge recommendations quick communication unavailable snacks closed lounge little value

The staff were so friendly. The concierge gave excellent recommendations for nearby trails. Communication via text for requests like extra coffee was quick. The rooms were quiet. I found everything luxurious.

The evening snacks at the lounge were unavailable. Breakfast in the lounge did not happen as it was closed until 7. I found the lounge access had little value. I PAID extra for it.
